Urban Mission Training ™ Tour has officially started from Rome, Sunday, December 18th 2016.
It was an intense morning encompassing training, culture, art and a beautiful sun that allowed us to enjoy the wonderful view of the city!
The 5km route started with the warm-up phase from Piazza del Popolo, starting point of the ancient road to Ariminum, and then we hit the first station, the Pincio, for the total body workout held by master trainer Gianluca Petrai.
Executing planks surrounded by the panorama of Rome was incredible and loaded us with energy!
Crossing the landscape garden park of Villa Borghese we reached the next stop in Porta Pinciana, an early 5th century Roman gate, for the bootcamp led by the master trainer Michele Falanga. Vigorous, dynamic sequences of exercise made sure that our lungs at this point were working at full capacity!
As we crossed the famous Via Veneto, our tour guide entertained and educated us with anecdotes about the iconic films that were shot in this glamorous and elegant neighborhood.
After a 135 step climb up the fantastic Spanish Steps, we reached the next station, Trinità dei Monti, held by master trainer Claudio Paganelli who made us train in pairs with the help of Fepty bandages, an exclusive of the Urban Mission Training ™ Tour.
Even more fun and intensity!
After 90 minutes of training we returned to Piazza del Popolo for the cool-down, sharing, picture taking and hugs!
We left charged and ready for the next leg of Urban Mission Training™ in Naples February 12, 2017 ... with good news coming!
