It is a format that is transversal to the difficulty of training because anyone can try it challenging himself without the obligation to be sporty. Training is guaranteed for those who are more trained and for those looking for a better physical performance.

BYC Training® is urban training designed to adapt to everyone, whatever the physical preparation of departure. It takes place on a city path that varies from 4km to 7km which sees the fast walk and the slight rush interspersed with 3 training posts on the spot, identified in the path: you start with a muscle awakening, in the second training station you work on toning of arms and legs and reached the third station we focus on strengthening the muscles and stimulating cardiovascular activity.
Why is BYC Training® suitable for everyone?
Because the format has been studied by the BYC Master Trainers in order to allow everyone to train at their own pace and decide the intensity of the exercises according to their physical preparation.
All this being encouraged to always give a little more and move beyond what we believe to be our limit thanks to the support of the trainers and the sharing with the group. Believe in Your Core.
BYC Training® takes place in Silent Mode: everyone wears Silent headphones in which he hears motivating and rhythmic music according to the exercises, he hears the coaches' instructions and between one station and the other one is taken to enjoy the city listening to headphones the description of the surrounding panorama.
BYC Training® is therefore not just a fitness training, it is also culture and sharing.
